David E. Schwartz is an associate attorney at Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras. His practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation and probate matters, including estate and trust disputes, guardianship and conservatorship, commercial law, business disputes and real estate. David is a vocal advocate for his clients, developing creative approaches to obtain favorable results. He is committed to ensuring that all of his clients’ goals are achieved. David has obtained a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Prior to joining BRMM, David spent eight years at a boutique litigation firm representing individuals and businesses in complex commercial and civil litigation matters with a focus on debtor/creditor rights and bankruptcy. David also has significant experience advising clients in business dealings, including real estate, contract drafting and disputes and asset protection planning.
